SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

PROCESSING TIME

Lola Al Mare ships worldwide from Los Angeles, within 1 to 5 business days upon confirmation of your order. You will receive an email with a tracking number after the shipment is processed. 

We reserve the right to cancel an order at anytime. Similarly, we reserve the right to request additional information from our customers for verification purposes.

CHARGES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout depending on your location & size of the order.

PACKAGES RETURNED TO SENDER

Once a package has been returned to us due to address issues, we will contact you to organize a new delivery. If you do not respond to our email within 30 days, your order is Null & Void. 

*Please make sure you input your correct address. If order is sent back to us due to an incorrect address you are responsible to repay the shipping cost*

 

TAXES AND CUSTOM FEES

Orders may be subjected to local customs duties and taxes that Lola Al Mare is not responsible for. 

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are final and orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges, due to the nature of vintage items.

Vintage and pre-loved items might have signs of wear or small imperfections. If you have a question about an item or require more information, please contact us at info@lolaalmare.com.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged merchandise or delayed delivery once we have shipped your order. Once you have received a delivery confirmation number, any claims should be made with the shipping service.
